ScrubsPlaza accepts Paypal for payments.


Shipping

ScrubsPlaza ships anywhere within the 48 continental US states. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii is different from other mainland states. Shipping charges are based on UPS or Fedex standard rates. Except for Alaska and Hawaii, ground shipping will take between 3 and 5 business days. Overnight shipping is also available upon request.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100 for customers residing within the US except for Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns

All returns should be made within 30 days. Items being returned should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and in its original packaging. Footwears with visible signs of wear will not be accepted. A full refund (less shipping cost from our store to you) will be given back once the item is received. All custom made items (embroidery) can not be exchanged or returned. We can only refund shipping charges or custom-made products if the return is a result of our error.
You may also exchange your purchase with any items available on hand and on stock. Items for exchange will be shipped once we are able to receive the merchandise. You will be notified by email, telephone, or fax regarding your shipment.

• Copy of invoice
• Note whether the return is for a refund or an exchange
• If an exchange is requested, please include the item code, color, size, and/or other specifics you would like to replace the product for.
